       Strategic Management is art and science of formulating, implementing, and evaluating, cross-functional decisions that enable an organization to achieve its objectives.Strategic management is a management technique used in making decisions for the future in the organization. In other words, in order to maintain the life of the long-term business, in order to provide above average returns profits with sustainable competitive advantages and therefore, the available productive resources (natural resources, human resources, capital, infrastructure, raw materials, etc.)businesses are adopting strategic management consistent with the external environment, take steps to enable them to achieve their long term goals.
